30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. First, report your return via contact.slaapco@gmail.com and include your order number.

The product must be complete and in the same condition as when received. You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation. Where reasonably possible, return the product with its original packaging and accessories.

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases delivered to consumers in the European Union, a statutory 14-calendar-day cooling-off period applies from the day of receipt. After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Do not send a return before reporting the return request, so that we can correctly link the shipment to your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless Slaapco confirms otherwise in writing. For an incorrectly, damaged, or defective item, Slaapco will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may be legally excluded for, among other things, personalized products and sealed goods that are not suitable for being returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. If in doubt, contact us before opening.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection, we will inform you about the processing. An approved refund will be issued via the original payment method. In the case of statutory withdrawal, we will refund the amounts received, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered where legally required, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. We may wait until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment.

Legal Guarantee

The statutory consumer guarantee remains fully applicable. Report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item as soon as possible via contact.slaapco@gmail.com.
